豆花 Douhua, literally “tofu flower“, is a fresh, silky tofu-based street food tradition all over China and in the Chinese-Cantonese speaking diaspora. The soft jelly deli can come covered in a myriad of toppings. Depending on the region, it is more popular in its sweet or savoury variety. 摊摊豆花 Tantan Douhua follows the recipe and tradition from west northern Sichuan, bringing to Berlin the taste and nostalgia of home.
